Hank has built a distinguished career in commercial real estate, combining over 25 years of expertise with leadership roles in the industry and community. In 2025, Hank merged his family’s real estate practice to become Director of Commercial Real Estate for KW Commercial South and the Leader of The Logan Babin Commercial Group. By December of 2024, he has a lifetime transactional volume of over $150 million and had over $100 million in current listings.
He is also the Market Vice President for Louisiana and Mississippi of SCLM, a KW Commercial Real Estate & Development Group that was founded by industry veterans to revolutionize how U.S. middle-market companies in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing tackle real estate and capital development projects.
A Louisiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 2003, Hank was invited into the elite Counselors of Real Estate (CRE®) organization in 2012. Recognized as an expert witness in real estate valuation, he has testified in Terrebonne and Vermilion Parish Courts.
Hank actively contributes to professional and civic organizations, including the Louisiana Realtors, the Bayou Board of Realtors, the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce, and the International I-49 Coalition. He holds a Finance degree from Loyola University and an MBA from Baylor University.

Ed joined Logan Babin Real Estate in 2016 as a Louisiana Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Louisiana Realtors Association, and the Bayou Board of Realtors.
Since joining the real estate profession, Ed has had over $17 million in transactional volume with numerous years as a $1,000,000+ producer
After graduating from H.L. Bourgeois High School in Terrebonne Parish, Ed played college soccer at Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina. He holds a BS in Athletic Training from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA. Ed has had a strong hand in leading the Houma-Terrebonne Soccer Association as a Coach and Director. He is currently the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Vandebilt Catholic High School.
