Now in his 4th decade with the firm, Logan serves as the broker as well as being a certified general appraiser.  He is on the Board of Governors of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) and is a Past President (1995-96).  Logan has also served as President of the Bayou Board of Realtors (1978) and was named their Realtor of the Year (1979).  He is a Louisiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Louisiana Realtors Association, the Bayou Board of Realtors, the International Right of Way Association, and in 2008 was named a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). 

He is a former Chairman of the Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board of Certification and is recognized as an expert witness of real estate appraisal in the District Courts of Terrebonne, Lafourche, Plaquemines, and Orleans Parishes as well as the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana Bankruptcy Court.

Logan is a graduate of Terrebonne High School and holds a B.S. degree from the United States Air Force Academy.

Hank returned to Houma in 1997 to start the 3^rd generation of excellence at Logan Babin Real Estate.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Louisiana Realtors Association, the Bayou Board of Realtors, the International Right of Way Association, and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Hank is a Louisiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.  He is recognized as an expert witness in Terrebonne Parish District Court.  He graduated from Vandebilt Catholic High School and holds a degree in Finance from Loyola University of New Orleans and a M.B.A. from Baylor University.
