Now in his 3rd decade with the firm, Logan serves as
the broker as well as being a certified general appraiser.
He is on the Board of Governors of the Counselors of Real
Estate (CRE) and is a Past President (1995-96).
Logan has also served as President of the Bayou Board of
Realtors (1978) and was named their Realtor of the Year (1979).
He is a Louisiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the
Louisiana Realtors Association, the Bayou Board of Realtors, and
the International Right of Way Association.
He
is currently the Chairman of the Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers
Board of Certification and is recognized as an expert witness of
real estate appraisal in the District Courts of Terrebonne,
Lafourche, Plaquemines, and Orleans Parishes as well as the
Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana Bankruptcy Court.
Logan
is a graduate of Terrebonne High School and holds a B.S. degree
from the United States Air Force Academy.

Hank returned to Houma in 1997 to start the 3rd
generation of excellence at Logan Babin Real Estate.
He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the
Louisiana Realtors Association, the Bayou Board of Realtors, and
the International Right of Way Association.
Hank
is a Louisiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
He is recognized as an expert witness in Terrebonne Parish
District Court. He graduated from Vandebilt Catholic High School and holds
a degree in Finance from Loyola University of New Orleans and a
M.B.A. from Baylor University.

is the newest addition to our staff at Logan Babin Real
Estate. She began in October of 2007 and is currently
studying to become a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

"Lep" Babin

| Lep has recently joined Logan Babin Real Estate to add his
expertise and experience to the history of exceptional
service given by the firm. Lep has over 10 years experience
in Real Estate in Florida and Georgia. He is a member
of the National Association of Realtors, the Louisiana
Realtors Association, and the Bayou Board of Realtors.
Lep holds a Real
Estate Brokers License in Georgia, Florida, and Louisiana, and he is
a Louisiana Pre-Licensing Real Estate Instructor. He
is a graduate of Terrebonne High School, Texas A&M
University (BS in Education), & Loyola University of New
Orleans (MBA & Juris Doctor).

Logan
H. Babin, Sr. 1911-1993
Logan moved to Houma during the Depression to take a job with the Texas Company (now Texaco). In
1962, he started a real estate development to capitalize
on the growth in South Louisiana.
Now, over 40 years later, his legacy continues through his
two sons, Logan Jr. & Lep, and his grandson, Logan III.
