The site they selected is part of Walter Land Company’s latest commercial-industrial subdivision. The Denley-Grand Caillou Commercial Subdivision still has lots available that front Grand Caillou, Denley, and Carrie-Anne Roads. Elevations are as high as 8.5′ and all lots along Denley Road are currently being upgraded with public sewer service. School Breaks Ground on WLC Property
The official ground breaking for the new $15.7 million Grand Caillou Middle School took place today in East Houma. The event was attended by Logan Babin, Jr., a representative for Walter Land Company, which generously donated the property to relocate the oft-flooded school. The two-story, 57,953 SF facility is expected to open in 2014 on Grand Caillou Road near Woodlawn Ranch Road. Along with the widening of Gr. The Counselors of Real Estate Invite Hank Babin as Member
The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) have extended an invitation to Logan “Hank” Babin, III to join their organization as a member. According to the CRE website, “Membership in The Counselors of Real Estate is extended on an invitation-only basis.
